Refunds and Other Charges

A fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) will be charged when a student withdraws his/her enrollment before the start of classes.



Unless otherwise provided by institutional policies, rules and regulations, a student who transfers, withdraws or drops, in writing, within two weeks after the beginning of classes, and who has already paid the pertinent tuition and other school fees in full or for any length longer than one month, may be charged twenty-five per cent (25%) of the total amount due for the school term if he withdraws within the first week of classes, or fifty per cent (50%) if within the second week of classes, regardless of whether or not he has actually attended classes. The student may be charged for all the school fees in full if he withdraws or drops anytime after the second week of classes.

Promisory Notes

Upload a picture of a handwritten/computyped promissory letter stating that you will submit the said document/s (PSA Birth/Good Moral Certificate/Report Card) on or before the prelim exam of the first semester AY 2021-2022. Address the promissory letter to S. Ma. Lupeciña Amamio, RVM (University Registrar).
